I don't know what it is that attracts kids to dirt, but it's definitely something. I was babysitting a friend's two girls today, and the 3-year-old and Jaden wanted to play in the dirt. Kayley (the 3-year-old) used a shovel, and Jaden, being a boy, mostly played with his hands. Ellie (she's 4 days younger than Jaden) didn't really want anything to do with the dirt, but I did manage to snap a couple pictures with her in them. Jaden was REALLY dirty, and of course he didn't care one bit! He's such a boy, lol!
